On December 18th 7 yrs ago J- and I were married. At dinner last night we agreed it is the everyday parts of life that are our favorite memories. Playing games late at night, weeding the garden, and laughing at dinner. I am so grateful to journey through life with a man that loves God first, cherish his family and demonstrates such a servants heart.
*Last night our evening was made possible by my amazing sister-in-law, Michelle and her amazing man Brian. They took the kids on short notice (all four of them!) and surprised us by showing up at our home and trading vehicles so we could enjoy a snazzy ride to our date outfitted with sparkling cider and flowers for the occasion. The kids had as much fun as we did on a Christmas tree light adventure and being treated to hot chocolate and fun. We are so grateful for our family, guys it is you that makes this move to South Sudan so bittersweet. *
