This month I am teaming up with the amazing Claire who has a knack for capturing and creating beauty wherever she lives. You can find her first 10-on-10 project live soon…Thanks for doing this with me friend!

Also in true form with our 2018 this 10-on-10 fell on another travel day as E. and I traveled to South Africa to meet with her cardiologist. Airplanes + 2year olds = not for the faint of heart.

Early morning airport… we left the house shortly after 4am. Bitty was a trooper! But of course mom forgot shoes for the journey…

On the plane and there was an extra seat. She quite enjoyed watching trucks down below…
…and eating this girl loves to eat!…

Almost there! entertaining a child who doesn’t watch films on a plane is always such accomplishment…
After being picked up she pointed out all the sights of Johannesburg from the car…
….silly faces were a big part of our afternoon as she adjusted to a world sans siblings to entertain.
…a quick nap had me catching up with my friend who flew in to meet me. I love her…
…out to eat burgers for dinner…
…grocery shopping…
…and finally asleep after a 16 hour day!…
